Spring Activities at the Junk Bonanza!
Check out the fun you’ll find at the Spring Junk Bonanza, April 10-12! We’ll continue to update this space as we draw closer to the event, so check back again!
Annie Sloan Returns!
Gold-level partner Annie Sloan Unfolded, the American arm of Annie Sloan, maker and purveyor of Chalk Paint® and decorative finishes, returns as our top sponsor! Drop in for one of the six, one-hour, hands-on workshops on these techniques: how to paint a two-color distressed finish, staining with Chalk Paint®, easy distressing, dry brushing, adding typography and achieving a retro look. All materials and supplies will be furnished but space is limited to about 20 participants each session. Free tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for each workshop. Stop by the Annie Sloan Unfolded booth, too, to purchase your Chalk Paint® to go!
Welcome to the Yard Party!
We’re welcoming Spring with a great collection of vintage yard and garden ware! Stop by the second-floor space to enjoy this fun display, and “vote” for your favorite for the People’s Choice award. See something you can’t live without? Some pieces are for sale, too!
ReUSE MN is the face of recycling in Minnesota. As the Bonanza's non-profit partner, ReUSEmn.org is a diversified consortium that speaks for reuse, rental and repair! Stop by the ReUSE MN display for a hands-on activity and tips on upcycling your curbside finds. While there, don't forget to pick up a coupon from Arc's Value Village, a ReUSE MN partner, for 20 percent off at goods at any of Arc's Twin Cities-area locations.
Get Lucky on Lucky Friday!
Don't miss Friday at the Bonanza! Once again we've got great hourly prize giveaways throughout the day from generous Bonanza vendors and donating businesses. Each coupon is valued at at least $25 and can be redeemed for merchandise Friday and Saturday! Annie Sloan Unfolded, Gorilla Glue, Flea Market Style, FleaQuest.com and the Ki Nassauer Shop have also contributed giveaways.
